Production Support Consultant [UNIX]

Responsibilities:

·        To perform operations monitoring and health check to ensure application is up and running.
Raise change requests for any changes into production

·        Alert responsible parties if production problems are not resolved and may have downstream impact to other interfaces systems

·        Actively identify areas for improvement to ensure system stability and ease of maintenance

 Requirements:

·        Diploma in computer or related

·        Minimum working experience in Unix Support

·        Knowledge of other databases such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server will be an advantage

·        Knowledge of Java will be an advantage

·        24/7 rotating shift & night shift
